Mode 5

Forklift and Personnel Presence Check

The simultaneous presence of forklifts and personnel in designated areas is prohibited due to the risk of workplace accidents. Forklift entry into areas such as narrow corridors where personnel are present can endanger their health. When ISEE-CAM detects both forklift and personnel entry into the areas configured through its interface, it can provide real-time outputs according to customer requirements.

Designed for 24/7 operation with edge processing, configurable outputs, and rapid deployment across industrial sites.

ISEE-CAM AI system detecting simultaneous forklift and personnel presence to prevent collisions

Why this solution matters

The highest-risk scenario in warehouse and production environments: a forklift and a pedestrian sharing the same zone. Mode 5 detects both simultaneously and triggers differentiated outputs — warning the driver, sounding an alarm for the pedestrian, or stopping forklift movement — without requiring any wearables or additional infrastructure.

Operational safety

Automate safety checks, detect risks in real time, and reduce human error across critical zones.

Quality consistency

Detect anomalies early in the production flow to minimize scrap, rework, and downtime.

Fast integration

Deploy with existing automation systems using flexible outputs and integration-ready interfaces.

Technical highlights

Key specifications and core capabilities that make the system reliable in demanding industrial environments.

Industrial AI camera capabilities

  1. 01

    Capability 1

It continuously monitors the presence of personnel and forklifts within designated areas through the interface using an advanced artificial intelligence module 24/7.

  2. 02

    Capability 2

When forklifts and personnel enter the designated areas, the system provides alerts as desired (audible warning, flasher, projection, etc.) and sends reports via email.

  3. 03

    Capability 3

Compatible forklifts can be slowed down or stopped using additional hardware when entering restricted areas, if desired.

Deployment workflow

Step 1

Site assessment

We evaluate camera placement, lighting, and operational risks to plan the ideal setup.

Step 2

Configuration and tuning

Models, rules, and alerts are tailored to your line and safety requirements.

Step 3

Launch and support

We deliver go-live support, training, and ongoing optimization for long-term reliability.

Plan a tailored deployment

Ideal for narrow corridors, loading zones, and cross-traffic intersections. Tell us your forklift routes and we'll map detection zones for maximum coverage.
