1. Who we are
This website is operated by Çözüm Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Yenişehir, Özgür Sk. No:20, 34779 Ataşehir, Istanbul, Türkiye; +90 216 455 95 44). We are the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Visitors from the European Economic Area also have the rights given by the GDPR. 3. Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary:
NEXT_LOCALE: first-party cookie, 1 year; remembers your language.isee-cookie-consent: localStorage, 12 months; remembers your cookie choice.- Theme preference: localStorage.
Cookieless measurement: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
Loaded only with your consent:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM-W2RKJ5QW) and the tags it loads, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel;
- the Apollo.io website tracker;
- the LinkedIn Insight Tag;
- Ahrefs Analytics, for visit statistics (page views, referrers);
- YouTube and LinkedIn embeds, which also load if you click them.

4. Recipients and international transfers
Data is shared only for the purposes above with our providers:
- Vercel Inc., USA (hosting and cookieless analytics);
- contact-form e-mails: sent through our mail server at VeriUp Bulut İnternet Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Türkiye) and stored in our corporate e-mail service, Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., EU);
- with your consent, Google, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Meta and Ahrefs.
Transfers made through analytics and marketing cookies rely on your consent and happen only if you allow those cookies. Hosting (Vercel) and corporate e-mail (Microsoft 365) rely on standard contractual clauses signed with the providers and notified to the Turkish Data Protection Authority under KVKK Art. 9.
5. Retention
- Contact correspondence: up to 2 years after the request is closed; 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code if it becomes a contract.
- Server logs: up to 6 months.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, then we ask again.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Marketing cookies: per the provider, or until you withdraw consent.
6. Your rights
- Under KVKK Art. 11: you can request information, access, correction, deletion, notification of third parties, and objection to solely automated decisions; you can also claim compensation for unlawful processing.
- Under the GDPR: you can also request restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and complain to your supervisory authority.
Write to info@isee-vision.com from the e-mail address you registered with us, or send a signed letter to the address above. We answer within 30 days, free of charge.

We may update this policy. The current version and its date are always on this page.
